Case Acceptance Training, Part One

Goal - To create trust at the first meeting with new patients. The first meeting is a window of
opportunity for trust-building and if this opportunity is missed, excellent case acceptance won’t
be achieved.

The training - Through videos, written materials and demonstrations, trainees learn how to
consistently earn their patients’ trust at the first meeting. Focused, easy-to-learn skills for
creating personal connection, understanding, and empathy are learned. Among these skills is
effectively using ten minutes with a new patient at the first meeting.

Case Acceptance Training, Part Two

Goal - To create, crystal-clear, deep understanding. This, coupled with trust, generates
extraordinary case acceptance.

The training - Through videos, written materials and demonstrations, trainees learn how to
create perfect understanding in a short period of time using original principles of presentation
including Less is More.
