Small Groups
Master Class, one year license

Coaching
While Master Class is designed as a stand-alone professional development program, if management feels that coaching would generate additional value, the options listed below are available to dentists who’ve completed Master Class. While coaching is generally focused on skills that create superb case acceptance and patient satisfaction, it can also be customized to whatever management feels would most beneficial to an individual dentist. Coaches are current or past dental school faculty who’ve received comprehensive training in precision dental communication.

Large Groups/DSOs
Master Class, one year license
One year unlimited access to all dentists with the group/DSO. Includes help in developing a group-wide set of dentist evaluations.
Groups/DSO’s with up to 250 dentists

Coaching
While Master Class is designed as a stand-alone professional development program, if management feels that coaching would generate additional value, the projects listed below are available to dentists who’ve completed Master Class.
Rescue projects: Each project provides training for a group of nine underperforming dentists the group/DSO would like to retain but are at risk of losing. The goal of each project is to develop each dentist to a level at which he’ll be more likely to be retained and become a long-term, productive asset. Each dentist will take part in:

One, ninety-minute, individual evaluation/training session;

Two, ninety-minute, small group sessions, and;

Two, one-hour individual mentoring sessions.
Fee includes one hour of coach/management consultation for each dentist in the group $56,000
Jumpstart/All-star projects: Each project provides training for a group of nine dentists management would like to move up to the next level of effectiveness and productivity. Each dentist will take part in:

One ninety-minute individual evaluation/training session;

Two ninety-minute small group sessions;

One sixty-minute individual mentoring session
Fee includes thirty minutes of coach/management consultation for each dentist in the group. $36,000
Custom projects: Upon request, a project can be tailored to the individual needs of the group or DSO. Fee will be based on return on investment.
On site, full-day workshops: While one-off workshops have limited long-term benefit, as part of a comprehensive precision dental communication training program, they have significant value.
